Is a Texas Air Shuttle membership a good fit for me?
If you fly weekly on 60 – 90 minute flights or drive more than two hours on a regular basis throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma, a membership is right for you! Research shows you will save an average of two hours per flight on TAS vs. flying commercial. What makes Texas Air Shuttle unique?
Our members enjoy a first class, private air travel experience at an affordable price. A membership allows you to fly an unlimited number of flights throughout the month for one low membership fee. There are no hidden fees! Book one of our scheduled flights in minutes directly on our website or your mobile device and arrive only 15 minutes prior to departure. Use of smaller airports and our pre-screening security process means no invasive TSA checks. Our concierge team will meet and greet you at each location; assist you with your bags, offer you a fresh beverage and escort you to the plane. Our concierge team will also ensure your rental car is ready and waiting for you upon arrival and can make recommendations on restaurants, lodging and activities in the local area.
What makes a Texas Air Shuttle membership different from flying with traditional commercial airlines?
You have become tired of poor service, un-apologetic inconveniences, smaller and smaller seats, packed airports, long lines and the endless list of “extras” that are now fee based by major airlines. Becoming a Texas Air Shuttle member introduces you to a brand new way to fly. At Texas Air Shuttle your safety, comfort and overall experience is priority number one. We give you the freedom of unlimited travel, fast booking and an easy arrive-and-fly process. Our staff will know you by name and will always work to provide you the best possible travel experience. Can I invite someone to join me on the flight?
Yes! We want our members to share this experience with family and friends by using companion passes. Members receive one free roundtrip standby companion pass per month. Members may purchase additional companion seats at $650 each way. Members can book companion seats on any flight in which seats are available.
What are the membership plans?

What if I wanted to cancel my membership?
We would hate to see you go, but if your travel needs have changed and you no longer require our services your plan can be cancelled after your introductory period with a 30-day notice via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information please see our Terms of Service.
Will you notify members of flight cancellations or changes before arriving at the airport?
Yes. Once any potential delay or cancellation is known, one of our concierges will contact you with the latest information so that you can plan your day accordingly.
What fees are not included in the monthly membership?
Texas Air shuttle does not charge additional fees for changing or canceling reservations, and we have no baggage fees. Memberships and flights are subject to the following Federal Excise Taxes:
- 7.5% on amounts paid by members/customers for air travel services
- $4 per domestic segment per traveler. A domestic segment is a single takeoff and landing.
Do I get to select my seat?
All seats are executive leather quality with plenty of room to relax, work or sleep. Every seat is both a window and aisle seat; fighting for an armrest is a thing of the past. We may assign seats at the airport before your flight for load balancing and distribution to ensure your safety.
What is available for passengers with special needs?
If you need assistance at the airport due to a disability, please call 1-844-435-9827 (844-IFLYTAS) at least 48 hours before your flight so that every effort can be made to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Routes, Airports and Services
What services will be at your airports?
Our airports are staffed with a Texas Air Shuttle concierge to ensure your safety and comfort. Each of the airports are furnished with Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages and comfortable lobbies.
What are the anticipated flight times for your routes?
Conroe/N.Houston to Ft. Worth:
Eight non-stop flights (4 round trips) between Conroe/N. Houston and Ft. Worth (1 hour 10 minutes) every day.*
Conroe/N. Houston to San Antonio:
Six non-stop flights (3 round trips), between Conroe/N. Houston and San Antonio (50 minutes) every day. *
Conroe/N.Houston to Austin:
Four non-stop flights (2 round trips), from Conroe/N. Houston to Austin (40 minutes) every day. *
Future flights are planned between Conroe/N. Houston and Dallas, New Orleans, La., as well as other cities in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.

Where does Texas Air Shuttle fly?
We are currently flying between Dallas and Houston with flight times scheduled with your needs in mind. Dallas is served by McKinney National Airport. The Houston area offers two convenient airports. Conroe N Houston Regional services the northern part of the Houston area, while Houston Southwest serves the southern, downtown and medical center areas.
How early do I have to check in/arrive at the airport?
Passengers must check in with the Texas Air Shuttle representative 15 minutes prior to schedule departure time.
What if I miss my flight?
There are no fees for cancellations or missed flights. Again, we encourage our members to notify us if you can’t make your flight and to be responsible to the Texas Air Shuttle community and allow the full flying benefit to your fellow members.
How do I cancel a reservation if I’m not going to make it?
If you need to cancel your reservation or reschedule, simply login to the Texas Air Shuttle website, select the flight, and tap cancel. There are no fees for cancellation. We do encourage you to cancel if you know you’re not going to make it. This will open up a seat for another member to be able to fly.
What if the flight I want is booked?
If you click on a flight that is booked, you can easily add yourself to the waitlist in case there are changes and seats open up. We will honor the order of our members on the waitlist, so once a seat becomes available, if you’re the next on the list, you have the option to book it so you can take your desired flight. Of course, you can always book in advance to secure the reservation day and time you want.
How many flights can I reserve?
You can reserve two or four one-way reservations at any given time (based on your membership plan). As soon as you fly one of your reservations, your reservation list is instantly refreshed, allowing you to book your next flight.
How early in advance of my desired flight will I be able to reserve my seat?
As a member, you will be able to book flights three weeks in advance or ten minutes in advance (if seats are still available). We hope to make the reservation process as simple as possible. Login to your account and choose your destinations and reserve.
In Flight Experience
What if my flight gets canceled due to weather?
Despite our best efforts, we cannot control the weather. The weather may cause disruptions. We’ll do our best to make it right, but cannot guarantee that flights will occur as planned. However, if your return flight home is cancelled due to a mechanical or crew issue, Texas Air Shuttle will cover your overnight stay at one of our local partner airports’ hotels along with meals reimbursement up to $25.
Do I have Wi-Fi on the aircraft?
No, but our airports have Wi-Fi service. However, Wi-fi will be added to our Citation Bravo jets in the future.
How many bags can I bring?
Members can bring one piece of luggage, such as a small day bag. Luggage should be a maximum of 30 pounds and outside measurements should not exceed linear 44 inches. If needed, your bag is accessible in flight from the baggage area.
Is there a flight attendant on board the flight?
No, but there is a stocked pantry with premium snacks, drinks and coffee for you to help yourself on board. Our concierges will also offer you drinks and snacks in our airport lobbies for you to take with you on your flight. All snacks and drinks are always complimentary.
Additionally, our pilots will get to know you personally and always be available for questions and assistance.
Is there a restroom on the aircraft?
Yes. There is a very small private restroom on each of our aircraft with hard doors for your privacy.
Who flies the aircraft?
Texas Air Shuttle ALWAYS has a minimum of TWO highly qualified pilots on board every flight. Our pilots are some of the most experienced in the world, having flown thousands of passengers on commercial, military, charter, or private aviation. We’ve selected each of our pilots based on their experience; desire to be the absolute best in the field, faithful commitment to safety, and enthusiasm for exceptional personal service.
Texas Air Shuttle upholds the highest level of safety standards for its pilots, exceeding Federal Aviation Regulations in a variety of categories including: total time in a particular aircraft type; total flight hours as Pilot-in-Command; and, total flight hours as Pilot-in-Command of a specific aircraft type. Our management team is also comprised of industry leading aviation professionals with many years of commercial and military flying experience.
Is the interior noise level loud?
The King Air 200‘s “quiet cabin” offers a spacious and refined quality which differentiates the King Air from others in its class. You will be able to work, sleep or comfortably talk with the other members. Every seat is a window seat, aisle seat and business class seat all in one!
What kind of aircraft do you fly?
We fly the Beechcraft King Air 200 twin-engine jet-prop aircraft and plan to add the Cessna Citation Bravo jet in the near future. The King Air 200 is the most successful business aircraft in the world. Since its introduction, the Model 200 has outsold every other single line of business airplane, jet or turboprop. The 200 has been extensively updated, inside and out, to achieve new levels of quietness and comfort.
In the future, Texas Air Shuttle will also utilize the Cessna Citation Bravo jet. The Citation Bravo is best in class in passenger room and comfort with excellent range, speed and ceiling.
Safety and Security
Safety is a culture that runs through the entire Texas Air Shuttle organization. We are a licensed and audited Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 135 Air Carrier.
What security measures do you use?
To ensure the complete safety of all of our members, and as part of your membership application and process, we conduct a “Do Not Fly List” check on all members and guests. Once you’re approved for membership, there is no need to go through security checks at the airport, just arrive and fly!
How safe are your aircraft?

Our King Air 200’s use powerful twin jet-prop engines to cruise at a speed of 310 mph and travel at a range of 1,600 miles. They can operate above the weather up to 35,000 feet, and offer unmatched take-off and landing performance. The King Air 200 also incorporates the latest avionics sophistication and systems integration usually found in the most expensive business jets. The King Air 200 is the most widely used corporate aircraft in the world.
Additionally, our team operates at the highest level of FAA and Department of Transportation (DOT) approved industry safety standards under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 135.
How far in advance do I need to book a charter plane service?
Charter reservations can be made with as little as 24-hour notice; however, the earlier we’re notified, the better chance we have at accommodating you.
Do I need to be a member to utilize the charter benefits?
No; however, priority of charter services is given to members. Additionally, Texas Air Shuttle members receive a 10 percent discount off the hourly charter rate.
How many passengers can fly on a charter flight?
Typically, we can accommodate up to seven; however, advance notification allows us the ability to meet your needs.
How much does it cost to charter a flight?
